As Vice President of Operations at Phoenix Framing, Shaun brings over three decades of invaluable experience in the construction industry. Known for his adept leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence, Shaun spearheads continuous improvement initiatives while fostering strong relationships with trade contractors and suppliers. Over the past year, Shaun's projects have spanned North Carolina and upstate South Carolina, presenting a diverse portfolio that includes luxury and market-rate apartments and multifamily affordable and senior housing developments, totaling an impressive 4,023 units. With a degree in Construction Management from North Carolina State University and certifications including C-MESH and OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer, Shaun's expertise and dedication solidify his position as a driving force behind construction excellence.
